Focusing on Muslim women’s writing, this course immerses students within a rich literary landscape comprised of essays, journal articles, autobiographies, fiction, and poetry. By engaging with literature representing multiple genres and geographic regions, we consider Muslim women’s experiences and how (often from the margins), they make their voices heard across the world.
